Bistro Brunch Cocina Mexicana – Authentic Mexican Brunch & Cafe de Olla in Phoenix

I ordered Mexico en el Corazón 1000% recommend. This machaca is actually delicious. The tamales are amazing. Everything was on point, I was impressed by the cafe the olla never had one this good.

If you’re looking for a brunch spot that serves truly authentic, mouth-watering food, this is the place! Everything we tried was absolutely delicious — full of flavor, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The service was warm and welcoming, and the whole vibe made the experience even better. I can honestly say this is the best authentic brunch food I’ve ever had, and I recommend it 100%. Whether you’re stopping by with family or grabbing a meal with friends, you won’t be disappointed. I’m already planning my next visit!

Mexico en el Corazón instantly became one of my favorite plates. The machaca was so tender and full of flavor, the tamales were incredible, and the café de olla honestly blew me away. I’ve never had one that good. The whole place has such a warm, aesthetic vibe. I love the big tree and the music they play, it just puts you in a good mood the second you walk in. It was so good I ended up going back several times just to try more of their combo plates, and each visit gets more delicious. The girls who work there are genuinely friendly, and I always felt welcomed. Truly a great overall experience!

We are visiting from Massachusetts, and just craving a good breakfast. This was by far one of the best meals I’ve had. I cannot describe how tasty everything was. You should definitely try the Cucumber lemonade with tajin rim. It was life altering. The sauces on the food were extremely tasty and perfectly made. The employees are also another reason this was the best. They were so kind and helpful. Beautiful interior too. You would be making a huge mistake if you do not choose this place.

I was craving some authentic Mexican food, and let me tell you this restaurant did not disappoint, it was delicious!! Super cute aesthetically , and the service was 10 out of 10! I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend if you are looking for a delicious breakfast brunch place!

Visited for the first time and loved it. The place is small but spotless clean, decorations are cozy and welcoming (specially the big ?cherry? tree they have inside. Tables for 2,4 or more persons, comfortable chairs. One thing I thought was very cool is that they have a display of the different dishes they serve, even the coffee, which makes it so much easier to choose what you would like to order. All of the ladies working there are very nice and attentive, customer service is excellent. Food was delicious, we ordered the " Si no es Juan, es Pedro" which had 2 different kind of chilaquiles (verde and chipotle) it had birria, puerco beans (frijoles puercos )on the side and 2 eggs cooked to your order. We also ordered the "De Rancho" which had red chilaquiles, 2- eggs, side of puerco beans and chorizo. Their coffee (de la olla) is served in a large nicely decorated cup and they give you a complimentary concha bread which gives you that " home-like" feeling and taste. The prices are not high, very worth the visit. We will be coming back very soon.

Food is amazing! It’s authenticity makes it difficult for my family and I not give this place a visit multiple times a week. My fav has to be that their cafe de olla comes with a complimentary concha! Their dishes are ACTUALLY delicious, their environment is very esthetically pleasing as well!
